    Thats not all true...GC coilovers are available with custom spring rates so you could actually get a good ride if you get the right springs with the coilovers.

    to an extent

    oem shocks are picky with ride height
    if the car is slammed like the op wants, oem shocks will crap out quickly and the car will ride like crap sooner or later
