there's nothing wrong with ebay springs as long as you have nice shocks to back them up
hell, you could buy ground controls, but it will ride like shit if you still have oem shocks.

Thats not all true...GC coilovers are available with custom spring rates so you could actually get a good ride if you get the right springs with the coilovers.

oem shocks are picky with ride height
if the car is slammed like the op wants, oem shocks will crap out quickly and the car will ride like crap sooner or later
