Quick photo shoot up in Hiawassee GA... pictures taken for the owner to use to list the car up for sale (not my car but my photography).

    Thanks on the pics part.

He does not know yet... selling it with intentions of picking up a new one. The car is really clean and IMO kept better than average. One of the rare auto M-rides here in the states. He also did the Euro M brake rotor swap on it.

I agree. Not a fan of the auto option, but it is a really nice slushbox... sport and economy mode are adaptive and impressively BMWish...

Automatics can't be THAT rare for an E36 M3, of the six four door M3s I looked at a while back four were autos.

    Clean well kept car though!

Funny that most M3 owners keep the original AT for resale value, yet most want a MT when they are looking to buy one lol.
    Thanks for looking!

the cool things about the automatics are with a different rear diff it'll still be geared wider then the 5 speed and run almost as fast in the 1/4 mile..

IIRC a board member did a 14.3@98 in his stock automatic with a 3.91 diff. Not bad for a slusher

I did 14.0@99 when mine was stock, but it was cold and my WANLI tires didn't want to hook

Nice and clean for sure. Although it may be a nice transmission, I still couldn't do it. I've only owned one automatic, and it was only there long enough to gather the parts for a swap.

Aside from the wheels, nice car. Don't see it being "older" though. Later, QD.

Lolol! I think of older as being the 80s or so. I didn't mean it as an attack and hope you didn't take it as such. My apologies if so. Later, QD.

hmmm... never noticed that it was out of place but now that you mention, it does look a bit high.

was hoping for an e30 M3 , but it's a very clean example of a e36 for sure. Yeah the emblem is out of place.
