I bought a d5000 from a member on here earlier today and my buddy took a few pics for me with it to test it out. Photobucket made the quality worse of course. They started out a lot sharper.

the d5000 is a good camera. my brother in law has one that i use a lot. nice shots.
how you liking those nittos?
You make the d5000 look bad, learn how to use it quickly![]()
Nice, I like my D60 though lol
d5000 isn't that good...canon t1i is better for the money/bracket it's in...lack of in body af motor and incompatibility with nikon's cls are HUGE turnoffs.
Also, white balance is off on all of these and they're not too sharp even for photobucket. The 18-55 lens is going to be sharpest around 33mm just fyi.
the tires are ok lol, better then normal street tires but there no drag radials. Id probably buy them again just for daily driving purposes, they grip pretty good for what they are.

I went with the d5000 because I had a d40 and am more familiar with Nikon, i looked around and couldn't find a T1i in my price range unless it had like 50k actuation's. For 500 bucks I couldn't pass on this camera. Thanks for the tips.
i guess ya are the "4x4" crew.

2 of the cars are lowered, not slammed though

My camera is better because it's the one I bought.
LOL J/K I also have a d5000 (well, my wife does) and I think it takes great pics for what it costs. Helps if you spend some money on a decent photo editing software too.
Josh the pictures look good to me, fuck the haters. Whose cars are those?
good pics man
