Actually, IA isn't a car show. It's a meet. A show has prizes and competitions. This is mainly about hanging around and kicking it with like minded people.....just sayin'.

It's not that you're car isn't clean or that people didn't like it. Look at that 240 the exhaust looks crazy and dumb, but it stands out and grabs attention. At a with with 3k some odd and numerous 240's you have to have something different to stand out from the crowd and even though your car is clean it looks like 90% of the 240's that were there.
i was almost positive a 500hp rb25 stood out from the crowd, seeing as the show was mostly civics.. guess not hahaha. but enough of me talking, more pics.
^^ agreed, you really have to stand out at these types of events... Clean cars just get overlooked... unless they are a really unique whip.

lol i took that pic only becaue of the wtf factor... But we parked next to your car.. and it looked gorgeous. But i hadnt start snappin pics, i really took the most on the second day, and i didnt see any of you all. i saw derek, and eman wondering around..lol but not the 240. You know your car is hot shit tho... im sure someone got it! I didnt take too many of friends cars i was jsut walking and snappin of the others, hopefully someone with a real camera got you.
Its a damn car show, you guys just don't wanna be ricers and act like youre going to a show... They gave out prizes or something for the competitions for best stance,best bay,etc... but as I recall there where drop top civics etc etc, and SHOW cars. Meets are in parking lots, and places that you dont have to pay to get in too. Like starbucks, varsity etc...

Honestly I don't see a point in putting a sr20 int his car when the stock engine itself is bulletproof up to 300 hp, just boost it and make more Hp than a sr20 and it's just as reliable without all the fab work.
I would do it just for the cool factor though. Which is what i did the ITB's for. I gained a whole 22 hp or so off a MSPNP and ITB's
