Yea man, I feel ya. It just seems like that ''too many Honda's, glad I didn't go'' attitude is the key to why there are so many Honda's out there in the first place. But thanks man, I don't care for many Honda's outside of the 4th gens myself.![]()

I really think it's annoying when people bitch about the amount of Honda's at any meet. It's called IMPORT Alliance, why scrutinize a group of people that devote themselves to something they like? lol
But anyways, I'm also gonna reserve some space for the few pics I'll probably contribute. I had a great time meeting and talking with a bunch of great people!

hahaha.... its funny that the people that hate are the people that didn't go LOL. I'm sure 99.98326374% of the 15,320 people that came to this meet had a great time.
Its not alway about cars. its about having a good time, chilling with your friends and making new ones. Im sure i met over 1000 different people just from hanging out at
the hotel.
im glad i didn't go....what a waste of time and gas![]()
hahaha yea dude. very nice to meet you and your lady!
Import Alliance all started in nashville as the "Nashville Honda-Tech Meet" then it grew in to IA. thats why there are more hondas then other makes.
Hey bro, I'm a noob here on Import Atlanta, but I'm Nit's homeboy that lives in TN. I saw your car but didn't get the chance to make my way around to meeting you. I had my DB shirt on Saturday when it wasn't too hot. I was driving my cousin's white Fit, because my Civic wagon couldn't make it. Anyways, car still looks on point. I'll run into you somewhere down here I'm sure.

I dont even know where those cars posted where...lol only about 10 of them i saw.. i got some pictures to put up soon... All the atl people roll deep, and rep Ga very well, and make this stupid ass dying place get whatever little bit of hits it has left..

smrlsvtec's car is a good example that you dont need all that tape on your car. i drove my old hatch from dalton to atl three times a week for months and never had anything but bugs on my front bumper and they washed right off. if it was me, just put about three coats of wax on your front bumper and drive. does everyone really have to put all the picture's in this thread? i would rather see other threads and know who posted them before looking because you know what kind of picture's you will be seeing from the better photographer's on here.
I had a great time there, I got to meet the rev and JITB and a bunch of other people finally. Who cares about the blue tape, it's not your damn car and as far as "Honda alliance" goes it was still cool, definitely not a waste of gas and money.
Just 5 randoms for now.. Its gonna take me some days to edit these joints..

1. i like how people who DIDN'T go are the ones who are hating.
2. driving through the mountains = lots of gravel and rocks on the road. we drove a little over 700 miles this weekend. i don't know about you, but i don't want to spend thousands of dollars on paint and then have it rock chipped to hell and back. taping up a car is not a trend, it's protecting your investment. how hard of a concept is this?
3. i haven't seen a pic of my favorite car yet!
4. the main reason i go to these meets is to hang out with my friends from all over the US who share a common interest. import alliance is NOT all about cars. and i'm 100% sure i'm not only speaking for myself when i say that.
regardless, this years turnout was awesome. for those of you hating, you guys should go next year and see for yourself.
and, because i feel like it, i'm copy & pasting pics of my favorite cars from over the weekend. so ha.
this car was seriously so effing clean. and im pretty sure its a chicks car
no comment needed.
the interior of this one was sicckkkk.
aaaand i can't find a pic of my FAVORITE yet![]()
i didnt go and was not hating at all. i just dont understand putting all that tape on and leaving it on for a meet/show. put clear wrap on it and tape the edge's and it would be easy to get off and reuse when your ready to go. the word's wrote with tape is pretty retarded to me.
I say shut up about the damn tape and enjoy the pics!first page post is win!
i didn't see anyone with a nice car that left the tape on for the show. what exactly do you mean by "clear wrap"? i'm guessing like saran wrap or something like it? unless its tape, i don't count on it staying put. a peice of tape on the edge of a hood sized peice of saran wrap will keep it on up to maybe 5mph. that crap would fly right off. plus, paint tape is a little thicker and harder to penetrate than saran wrap. and the whole "words written in tape" deal, people know their cars already look silly with tape all over them, why not take it to the next level and spell out something ridiculous? like i said earlier, IA is not all serious business. it's all in good fun.
Chris Miller? Good for him. Covering leftovers with saran wrap makes me want to shoot myself in the foot, I don't want to wrap an entire front end in it. Tape works for people, it's cheap, easy to put on, easy to take off. If you don't like it, don't put tape on your car.
one of my fav. car at the show...
