I can't see the pics (filterowned), but I'm assuming he was making a left in front of you and you hit him. He is clearly at fault. But officer whoreface probably was too lazy, you'll be forced to fight his insurance company in court. I'd be on the phone and a royal pain in their ass until they fix it.


...and cops wonder why people have a general disrespect for them (including me). If a damn officer ever said that to me, I'd smart off with something on the lines of "Well I sure as fuck didn't invite you out here to have coffee and donuts with me, now did I?", followed by a formal complaint with the department and a call to Clark Howard.
