One sick drag car

Well for the past 7 months I've been killing my self working on this thing non stop and just got done building it. I figured I'd introduce my car since a lot of you guys have been great help on answering some of my questions. I will be attending local race events and some out of state once the car is dialed in. I will be on the dyno this saturday night and should start doing some testing at my local 1/8th track late next week.

My personal goals are just just break 9s by the end of the year and enjoy the car its self. I'm not here to try to break some record or what not, just meet new people and have fun.

Its a roller rocker setup, no vtec allowed.

no it does not have vtec, its ALWAYS in "vtec", its about a 2800$ setup in the head not including the valve train itself. Its a bad ass setup i would love to put in my head.

It made 472 and said he was having problems with the boost solenoid. I believe it was at 17 psi. Dont quote me on that psi, but its close.

lol got me. but if your tired of seeing the same thing over and over how do you like this civic??? i mean the only thin i like about it is the paint. the exhaust out the hood thing is very Dixie speedway.

haha, i was only calling you out on your comment. I appreciate the work put into a machine like this. Even though we see the same things being done especially in a drag car..... just go with what works. If everyone has the same set-up in the same class it just encourages people to better themselves along with their cars.

Whew that statement when right over my head. I guess you don't see the technology, fabrication and quality work that was put in this car. Definitely not a "normal drag civic" you speak of.
