Agreed. Me and my buddy beat his to hell and back and then some.
Yeah my old one I set at a 9k redline and drove it like that for a year before the engine sent itself to hell. Most reliable cars ever for the abuse they can handle with just basic regular maintenance.

Wow you're right long time! How have you been? When I first met her it was about stock engine wise, just bolt ons but later it had a full stand alone, head work, no more AFM, etc. I also made a set of ITB's for it from GSXR600 throttle bodies and stock IM but sold it before I finished it and got it running right. I lied it wouldn't WALK Miatas in a straight line but on tracks when a straight came it'd be door to door and depending who got the run of of a turn I could pull a lead. Suspension wise it was ALL aftermarket.
I miss it.I traded it for a Porsche 914, I don't have that anymore either.
