I MIGHT drop the rear a half inch or so, just to offset that HD lip.

Everyone knows websites can't have more than one generic top-level domain. The interwebz don't work like that. Silly

Hood risers don't even work to vent the motor they do the exact opposite.

I think it was importuner that did a dyno before and after the install of hood spacers and it proved to reduce underhood temp by enough to get like 5 whp I think....not sure how much it's been a while since I read it.

Anyway, yes lower, and paint, and wheels, and new clear, untinted heads and tails. my 2 cents

I got it from Summit. $13 per can, but it lasts a while. If you're every planning on coming this way, drop by and just use mine.

Eventually, I want to have it painted back Milano red with at least some TE37 knock-offs, so I agree. Until then, I'm working with what I have

That's for cars that need them, from my understanding. And I think 5hp is a little much. it look shitty on cars that actually need them, let alone cars that don't. Later, QD.

Make sure your hood fits correctly first...then get some new rims and see where it needs to be after that.

are we talking about the car or your standards for your cars nowadays? one of those could technically go lower, the other, not so much.

Removing the spacers takes 2 minutes and I have PERFECT body lines. I just got new tires all around for the LS mesh, so I'm good.

The spacers make it look like dookie to be honest. It looks cheap and like the hood is for the wrong car. New tires? yeah....funk getting rims for a while then....if you even keep it that long LOL

I think it was 3 coats, but I did VERY light coats so there were no runs (I didn't wetsand the lights).

Yes....you should lower it...right onto the Cragslist.com page and sell it. Why oh why did you go from V8 power to a Civic man?

Have you got onto the crack rock?

Agreed. I love my four banger, but the camaro was so much nicer than this. I remember your timeline after wrecking the integra and you steadily worked your way up to a very nice car. Now you've taken a few steps back. Don't spend too much time or money on this, there will always be another civic to buy if you want one later. For now keep flipping until you get something worth working on.
