I don't really dislike 300Z's, I've driven them and don't necessarily like the way they feel but look wise some look good. Yours is another good example. It's simple and doesn't scream look at me. The wheels flow nice and look like they were meant for the car. I like new Minis. Is it an S? First the wheels have to go, they're way too tiny, I am guessing stock. If those were gone and replaced with something wider and beefier it'd look great. I'm also not really sure about the front lip thing. Don't you have neons?
