I can assure you that you did not gain three seconds from heating your tires due to your "drifting." If anything, you gained the three seconds by not overdriving your car. Also, you would have been kicked out of the event in a heartbeat at most regions for doing donuts or other stupid shit anywhere near the course. It doesn't matter if nobody was around. Antics like that can easily make you lose that location for future events.

Its just you have nothing better to do but hate on me when im doing something good with my life and its my b day, Do u have nothing else better to do but troll me. get off the haterade man. Seriously. I have street tires i noticed a big difference after they heated up. I mean i ran better times then a EXACT Z as mine but with race tires. Believe me man i can drive the shit out of a car. My biggest prob on track was my fronts actually gaining traction cause it would push itself through the turn if i didnt get the back end loose. BTW PSSSHHH every one else was sidewayz on this coarse to gain a better time. Even the FWD cars. they would push their self so hard they would intentionally get sideways to get through the exit of the slalom to the criss cross. How about you just sit there and bubble in ur own stew man cause if u wanna try to break my balls ill be at the track sunday and ill put it down. I wont have the z cause of some probs but dammit this prelude i hope to drive better hold up. Sriously.....back up or shut up. I dont want nobody to dislike me MOST DEFIANTLY at the track but damn man ur making it hard man . So lets chill out ok>?

You gained time however from not drifting as others stated. I use to do a run when I autocrossed my Miata just for fun sliding and stuff, not drifting but driving over aggressive for fun, then did a smooth run and picked up well over three seconds and I am sure it wasn't because my tires heated up.
