Scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and on the pull down menu click "No email notification". Then every time you click User CP your subscribed threads will be listed. I'm subscribed to 6,684+ threads...there's no way I could remember every thread I post in to have to search for them every single time lol!
