    Default F A I L (warning, the following image may result in exploding heads and dead puppies)

    So on one of the forums I am on, this was posted. The person who took the pics warned the asshat about ruinnig the paint/body work...in response the person said "I thank you for the advice but Id rather ruin the body then bend a wheel or axle" and proceeded to drive off.

    I can honestly say I am speechless.... I'd kill a man if I bought a car like that and it wa brought to me like that.

    Those bonnets dent so easily that i wouldnt be surprised if the whole thing is tweaked. I had a perfect 4 finger crease in mine from somebody trying to shut it wrong. How dumb.

    Every time I've had my car towed for whatever reason(shut up on the Rx-7 reliability jokes ) I"ve run straps through the stock front tow hooks, and the rear tow hooks and had them fully tensioned, that way it is pulling taught along the y-axis, at an anchoring point across a sturdy frame, and not flimsy body panels, or sensitive suspension components.

    i work with those kind of straps and they can do insane amounts of damage if installed wrong. i would NEVER put them on the body of in any car.
