I don't get it, how is this a fix? Car looks like crap now. I also don't get how almost any car can use cut spring and look and ride fine but every Honda I see with cut springs is bouncy as fuck and always SLAMMED.

well my car isnt bouncy at all
and i just hated the stock height
so i chose cut oem over ebay coilovers shit for now

You know my view on heating springs, by far the worst way of doing it.

As for only seeing Hondas with cut springs, I see a lot more cars with cut springs then Honda. It's big with 240's. I even know lots of BMW's that have cut springs, I know I've done it. lol

i put the bottle cap on the vtec solenoid cuz that was what i was drinking when i wired it up. You should have left it alone...it rode perfect and was still lower than any civic on coilovers with the stock suspension.

How much did you cut? Cut springs are not bad, only people who cut them uneven and retarded like have issues. I know many race cars who played with cut springs, even a pro touring car team did.

Cut springs are 10x better then cheap eBay Chinese springs.

Obviously a nice set of real springs like H&R race or something is better, but if you just want to lower the car and up the spring rate there's no harm in cutting.

You know it rides like shit? You rode in it? I will GUARANTEE you that it is smoother then any coilover and most aftermarket springs on the market. It's not some bouncy ass bump stop sitting car. It was done right and rode almost like OEM.
