Ride by Color

Fun game we're doing on another car forum, pretty simple guess the car based off the color given. Now you can't just say red, white or blue, you have to be specific to what the manufacturer calls the color (Champion White, Mica Blue, Onyx Black, Lemans Sunset). Color codes are welcome as well it just makes it a bit harder to do. Don't use custom colors, the color has to of come on a production car.

There is the possibility of having more than one manufacturer with the same color, and yes there can be different cars that have the same color names. You can post a sample of the color, just make sure you don't post a car or if you do don't post an obvious section of the car that people will figure out, just do center of a hood or door panel.

Once you get the car post a new color name/code and just see how long it'll go.

So I'll start it off with something easy

Yea some will use google to look up the color and it will usually show the car in the pics, the fun part is trying to do it without having to search, not everyone will know every color.

My sample didnt load damnit... we are supposed to only name and sample one if we are the ones to get the answer, correct?

you guess the car that goes with the color you post, so i posted Arancio Atlas the answer was the laborghini murcielago


now someone post a new color (name and sample) then who ever guess the right car it goes with wins that round and posts so on...

hmmmm.... maybe you are right. Then again i think there are some few and most can learn quickly, now that people understand.

To be honest this is based off something we do at work to spark creativity in the design department.
