Have you tried any strengthening processes on the transmission? Cryo-treating, heat-treating, etc.

What about the idea of going to straight cut 1-2 gears (yes they are noisy and more of a race setup) but I would think that it would still be much more streetable than an all out dogbox. I would assume PPG makes something that would solve the problem of the second gear grenade
