Here is what I don't understand, I think a good amount of 80-early90s sports cars look great but I can not figure out why. In "today's world" they are ulgy, the angles are too sharp, the interior is just blah but for some people like them (myself included). I tend to think these cars have the bulldog effect. Just a random blurb.
I completely agree, man. I don't get it either. There is some sort of appeal about them that gets some people to faun all over them. I myself have no desire to look at a Skyline made after 1995. I guess it's the nostalgia thing for me, I don't know. As ugly as they are, they're still bad ass. Later, QD.
I completely agree with your "blurb". I love the way Dodge Omnis, fox Mustangs, first gen Ford Probes, and Chevy Monte Carlos (G-Bodies) look. Sharp angles ftfw.
As for the interior, they don't have all these unnecessary technological gadgets (TPMS, nav, adaptive cruise control, seat heaters) which saves weight, and also that's fewer parts that'll go wrong.
The front end of this Skyline reminds me of the first gen Mazda MX6, which I also like.
