Two well done Genesis Coupes

I agree!The only thing i wished they would've done is made the Genesis coupe the replacement for the Tiburon(just call it a Tiburon), and come out with a more upscaled coupe to match the Genesis sedan.

I agree with BKgen, Hyundai is trying to step up their game with their overall "look" and quality. And a Tiburon doesn't really help with that goal.

But who is going to buy a Hyundai coupe that cost 35k+ ? Which is more than their highest model Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track; which is $33k with nav, leather and all the bells and whistles? I sure as fuck wouldn't pay that much for a Hyundai; for that money I'd rather have the G37. It would be pointless for a company like Hyundai to make a "high end" coupe. People wouldn't buy it when they can buy a BMW, Audi, or Mercedes instead. Just my

I don't think so, so who's gonna by the Tiburon now when you got the Genesis coupe sitting directly across from it for a few thousands more? It's not like Hyundai made a offshoots of themselves like Toyota,Honda,Nissan with the Lexus,Acura and Infiniti brands and dealerships.

The Tiburon is discontinued if I remember correctly?

Hyundai is going in a different direction. Tiburons 04+ are great cars (I owned one, and loved it), but Hyundai is clearly stepping up their game and I think giving the Genesis the same name as an older model would've kept them in the past.
