Check with RIP Garage, they're local. I know they normally do nose cuts which gets you everything minus a hood and fenders, but you might be able to work something out with them when they go overseas to source parts out. A LOT of the local 240 guys will vouch for them, they're good guys with AWESOME prices and parts up for sale.

As far as the required parts list, here's what you'll be looking for:

    Headlight brackets
    Front bumper support
    Bumper cover
    Fenders
    Hood
    Headlights
    Headlight corner lamps
    Front turn signals
    Grille shell

The first two are probably the most difficult to get ahold of if you don't buy the conversion all in one place like you would from RIP or Password:JDM. I don't know if you've done any research on it, but if it's S13 onto S13, everything bolts up in the EXACT same place and the headlights/front signals plug right in with the same harness. The only wiring you'll have to do is to extend the side marker wiring to reach the ambers on the corner lamps, and then add in wiring to include the white bulbs in the corner lamps with the rest of the headlight assembly. It's pretty straightforward, no welding necessary. Further wiring depends on which headlight configuration you get...triple projectors, dual projectors w/ yellow fogs (like mine) or dual halogens.
