Third: For all the people who is saying that stretching is so unsafe, why in the fuck are their so many people who do it and never have issues? I have never seen a case where someone has said that just becuase of a stretched tires they had a blow out or it came unbeaded or anything of the source. I have seen where certain tire brands can get bubbles in them but that is a risk that you take because you a weakening the sidewall.

Fourth: I have ridden on stretched tires on alot of cars, and the only one that rode bad has huge ass bubbles on the rear tires. (you know who you are)

No, the problem is 10" wide wheels. He does not have to stretch the tires to fit them on the appropriate sized wheel. With that being said, 10" wide wheels are too wide for that body style.
