    Won't it pass emissions here with CEL cheaters?

    I know it's not EPA-legal, but GACAF just checks for a CEL on OBD2 cars, right?

    My car wont need emissions, but he doesn't know this. It wont pass the visual inspection. but again, he doesn't know this. lol
