    i'm almost 100% positive saying that they're not gonna give cars like these to some rookie cops. i'm sure the ones driving these cars are most dangerous than the car is.

    Why wouldn'tthey give it to a rookie? Those cars are more common there and none of those (minus the NISMO badge on the Z) even look like the performance version.
