no they are Q8 wheels. but they are 15's
well i got it from a guy that way. i only had it about 3 months and then it went black. i lived in g'ville when i had it, he lived in winder/athens area i believe.
number 11 sig looks great...looks like a banner id see in a mag. definatly my fav out of the bunch
