    No more trading....this is my new toy.

    Thats the ONLY reason i picked it up.....4.0 with almost new tranny.

    I have a big group of friends that are off road enthusiasts and they are all tellin me the same thing.

    Im just gonna do a massive tune up and keep up the maintenance on it and hopefully enjoy some trails(no mud) for anothe 100k miles

    My dad has a 99 with the 4.0, I LOVE IT!! Here it is a few min from my house on bell mountain... Not many people can get up there, but the Jeep always does with no problems!!

    You're an asshole, man. My wife and I want one of these so bad. We had an 84 model several years ago, but it had the 2.8L in it. Found out quickly that was the shit motor. Sure enough, it was at a junkyard about 4 months later.

    If I had known about my money situation then, I would never have gotten rid of it.

    There is a guy about 4 houses down that has a white one that he bought brand new that he is going to sell me as soon as I get back to work. Later, QD.

    I had one with the wood grain on the side that had the 2.8 also... It would not pull itself out of wet grass, 4.0 engine is full of win!!

    Work starts at the end of the month huh? We can take them to the spot Brian just showed and take some pics...

    This motor is so peppy, even with the 31's on. I got lucky that the motor wasn't trashed and the tranny was fairly new.

    Well I'm glad it's in good hands. I fucking loved that thing. Hopefully the interior is still perfect, it literally was when it left my hands. It sounds as good as a 4.0 can. I hope the Edelbrock header isn't all rusted and shit. Did you even know about that?

    LOL! 4th gen prelude back seats are next to useless except for putting groceries on. So useless in fact I have been thinking about removing mine just to have more space!

    HAHAHA...it does sound pretty damn good. I noticed they were tubes and not a cast mani. Still really clean. Thats fuckin sweet

    The headliner is falling a little bit and some plastic peices are broken but nothing major at all. Interior cleaned up real well. I found a knife, 1/2"regular & 5/16 deep well sockets, bout $3.75 in change, and a bottle of visine under the rear seat carpet..LOL
