New Car: 2010 GenCoupe R-Spec
I was bored and took a few shitty pics of my new R-Spec that I got yesterday. 6 Speed, LSD, Brembos, R-Spec Suspension etc. etc. Interior is pretty base but not bad at all. It's a nice change from the Xterra. According to the dealer there are only 2 R-Specs in Georgia at the moment.
I should have better pics this weekend if the weather allows.

Cartersville is where I picked it up. They said they are a "Mod Friendly Dealership" which is great for me since I have some decent plans for it. As well as they gave me the best price.

Yeah I've seen that one around a few time. I don't see them that often, but when I do they are mainly base ones. I never thought I would ever own a Hyundai lol.
good buy i think the car is worth it. i work on those cars and they're nice. we had two r specs and they went quick. alot of people traded their cars for those gen coupes.
What kind of numbers are they putting down? Boosted/NA?
im not sure at the top of my head right now but... i've seen one that came in for service the other day and it already has a gt35r turbo on there.

i don't think the dealer has anything else you can really add. the R-spec is about as much as you gonna get from the dealer.
the car was designed to be easily modded and tuned.
Damn I'd love to someday do a gt35r. I only have plans of 300-350whp one day haha. We'll see if/when that happens.
if you have at least 3000 that's easily achievable. Wow now 3 Gen's on IA. Finally me no lonely anymore.

very nice car. ive already test driven the other r-spec at rick case in duluth when they first recieved it ,it only 11 miles on it when i test drove it [=. it handles really nicely
Oh and one more thing, majority of the Track guys want Base seats. They hate the leather plus suede stuff going on. LOL. Some guy offered to give his whole interior just to have the base interior+cash. LOL.

Those are my plans so far. I see that you're on GenCoupe; I've been browsing that forum for about 6 months lol.
$420 for 40whp & 80ft/lbs. Definitely bang for buck, and you're well on your way to 300whp.
How strong are the rear ends and transmissions, what seems to be the limit whp wise?
i really havent seen that many more on the road since they came out, maybe five total
