If your D series dies, why not just replace it and boost it? Its more performance for your money.

On another note, I actually like your car. Which is uncommon to hear from me since I'm not exactly a fan of Hondas.

What a piece. Both the car and the owner. Not a dime piece either, so don't get that idea.

I would never do a j swap. I'd just do a boosted d and make the same power with half the weight. And way less hassle.

if you people havent noticed, i dont give a shit about going fast.

I'd choose the J swap over a boosted D series if money wasnt an option simply because very few people do it, and cheap out and go with the boosted b or d series.

if no one has noticed i like being different yet, you all are blind

no........obvious you're an idiot cause i was saying all motor power is instant power and boost is not.......thats what i meant by different power.....and a car that makes 300 wheel all motor will always kill a turbo that makes 300 wheel.... mr know it all

yeah sheesh! and how long is a damn d series making 300 hp going to last? a day? a week? LOL

the most i've seen a stock d series make is like 230 ish... and that's on 11-12 pounds, which is MUCH higher than i'd feel safe with.

a j32a2 is 260hp & 232 torque. tell me what STOCK d series with a turbo kit makes that ??

I'm not getting into this shit slinging war as both ideas (boosted D and J series) have thir good points. The J swap is goofy as fuck with the horrible fitment, but they do 2 things: Make a civic sound mean, and make a civic MOVE! You will soon see bolt on J swapped civics hitting 11s with good tuning. not to mention all the turbo ones popping up now, and the fact nitrous is only one WOT tap away.
