My statement stands. Real modders are few far and in between. It's hard these days to find people that mod their cars for them. Most follow the trends. And before you get your g-string in a wad, I never pointed a finger in your direction. Think about it. The majority will put rotas on, that replicate baller jdm wheels. They'll slam it out on stock body parts, because they say it looks better/cleaner. I think they do it because they have no knowledge in modding a car. If a stock looking civic is in a mag, it automatically means their car is mag material. What ever happen to purposely doing body work to make your aftermarket bumpers fit correctly. Or cutting, welding, fiberglassing your front/rear ends to put different make/model head lights and tail lights on? Custom paints, air ride, etc...
Just wishful thinking I guess.
