Yeah the other driver is insured. I called my insurance company up and they called his and set up a claim. I should be hearing from the other company by end of business day tomorrow, if not than I'm gonna start callin and hasslin. My insurance can't cover it b/c I only have the minimum, I'm gonna make sure his company pays it was the other drivers fault 110%.

Here are some pics I took this morning. The damage isn't all that bad. I looked under the car and nothing seemed messed up. The front rebar isn't even messed up, radiator is fine not pushed back at all. My only fear is the sunroof pic, you can't tell but there is a small little bump to the side of it so I'm afraid the roof may have gotten tweaked. Also notice the sunroof isn't flush like it used to be, it was open when I had the accident too. I couldn't really check the suspension either, see if anything was twisted or what not. Here are the pics.
