    OP, I'm sure the car is going to look good once it is down there, however you do it. And the "horror stories" you've heard are just that. Stories, lolol. Twenty years of heating under my belt and not one problem. But if you can do it the right way, by all means do so.

    I've had three myself, 80 Cutlass sup., 91 Integra, 64 Impala... I only had the Impala ones done for 3 days though, I ordered real springs for it...
