DO IT my dad had one a couple of years ago and I felt invincible when i drove that thing his was a diesel i didn't think they made a gas one.
this one is a 6.5 turbo diesel

If you can afford the gas and the maintenence, go for it. There fun to drive, but man, are they horribly built. My fater in law has owned 2, and for some reason, his last one kept having a problem with the wheels falling off, literally.
edit - the turbo diesel was far superior to the non turbos.
well this one was restored from the frame up so it should be good! everything is new on this one! but damn that sucks for him! hope he didnt get hurt!
Nah, he was fine. He is a huge redneck at heart. He used to knock trees down with his last hummer. He would just run them over, it was probably one of the funniest things I ever saw as a teenager.
