I just traded my LS VTEC Ek for this EF Hatch

lol man i saw the ek in person, id have to say it was even trade, the ek did have some problems and it wanst the best running ls/vtec.

it need it work also, it needed a paintjob so does the ef. oh well he wanted a ef, he probably likes ef's better.

it will take less money to make this ef clean and fast then the ek.

ef's go harder then ek's anyways. u see ek's everyday and they look the same. lol

First, he had it for sale for the price everyone "claims" it was worth, and it wasn't selling. So what is he suppose to do when he can't get what he's asking for? Keep it when he doesn't want it? Plus, this is IA, home of "I know you car is for sale for $3500, but will you take $1200 for it" PMs. So more than likely he was going to have to sit on a car, unless he gave it away.

Second, he said it gave him many problems. Now days dependable transportation is important. Once you get fed up of wrenching all the time, you just wants something reliable. I can feel where he is coming from with this.

Third, he got what he wanted, and that's enough to me to say that it was a good deal. That's the problem with the car scene now. Rather than being concerned about themselves everyone is a critic. Don't worry about that man's bank, worry about your own. LOL

yea he comes out to the meets down here where i live. i raced that ek in my crx and pulled on him, when the ek was running right tho

then i raced him in my stock ls coupe. he only got me by like 1 car.

the car was preety straight, you just had to do some shit to make it run right lol

The man wanted to get what he wanted. He's not hurting for money nor greedy. He wanted the car out of his hair so he did what he chose to do. ef's are more fun to drive. the lack of an ls vtec and the add of a straight up vtec will decrease headaches. it should be twice as reliable. i say it was hella even. good job man. love it!

i would rather have a clean EK over an EF even though i love EFs but to trade a 4 thousands plus dollar car for a 1500 dollar car is RETARDED and is if nothing else SLAP WORTHY........ thats like trading a ZO6 for a 84 Camero its just not worth it not for a straight up trade you need to call that dude up and tell him he owes you 2 grand....i mean you could have at least traded it for a super clean Si EF

CHILL MAN. seriously the only negative thing about this trade is all the hate hes getting. he got a better motor, its lighter, its cheaper to work on, it will probably last longer. plus a baby seat so lil buddy can get his vtec fix. i see no cons.
