Yea I'm glad I didn't get hurt worse and glad the other driver wasn't hurt.. She had 2 kids in the car and said she was having problems with her gear shifter??... Her dad came, while the cop was doing his thing, and but brake fluid in her car. She knew there was something wrong with it..Sounds like gross negligence to me..

I might be going to do some physical therapy Monday. Not sure if I will get an attorney involved just yet as I will probably get the same amount regardless of if I have an attorney or not since they take 33% of the settlement anyway.

Damn well if you do get some settlement money I say you build teh supra!!!! It's the perfect time since you already have the motor out anyway.
