There's more to beauty then just the initial jaw-dropping reaction. The only people that don't like it don't understand it, they have limited knowledge of automobiles and have little to no respect for the evolution of sports cars and exotics...an 8-year old doesn't appreciate a fine glass of wine, aged cheese, or even a perfectly prepared filet mignon and I wouldn't expect them to.

The most beautiful woman in the world can enter a room full of people and not be attractive because of the way she carries herself: the way she walks, the way she talks, etc. If someone thinks otherwise then they just want a piece of ass and can't appreciate true beauty. The DB4 GT is one of those automobiles that has it all.

I didn't say that you not buying something makes you lesser than someone else.

Here's what i was getting at.

Let's say for example you buy a new pair of shoes. A new pair of shoes you like. You walk around in them and a person comes up to you and asks you how much you paid for them? You don't know this person but whatever you tell him it was $50. The person says, i wouldn't pay $50 for those. And walks off.

You know why you spent $50 on the shoes. Do you really care if he would? Better yet, whenever a person narrows things down to their dollar value, they show no class.

That person that asked about the price of those shoes, is like most IA members.

Look at the 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spyder that sold at the RM Auction in London.
