It's not called the Mazda Cosmo it's the Eunos Cosmo. Made by Mazda yes, but sold as a one hit wonder from a Mazda luxury subdivision Eunos. They were sold from 1991 until 1996 for the equivalent of $150,000 USD for the 20B-REW model. It was a Luxury 2 + 2 with state of the art technology. First car sold to the general public with GPS navigation, it had a dash that looked to have no buttons when all the panels were closed. The headliner was 2 inches thick because there was a cabin air purifier built into the roof (Ionic breeze type technology). The car was only sold with an automatic. The top of the line engine was the 20B-REW a twin turbocharged 3 rotor rotary engine. This wasn't from Wikipedia, this is what I know. And you are FAR from being the only person who likes them, they're just not well known about, especially outside of the rotary community.

Pics I took from from Zoom Fest 2008. The attention to detail was immaculate.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

they do look nice on the body style of the car though, but lacking the baller status.
