    Now makes me wonder if BMW will unveil a E46 M3 sedan. That would be EPIC if they did!

    Not sure they ever wanted to. It would have taken sales from the e39 M5 considering it was $85k when it came out. An e46 M3 sedan would have been $20k less and I'm sure many e39 M5 buyers would opt for it instead. The e34 convertible/coupe wouldn't have conflicted with any other models in the lineup.
