Just playing around with some different ideas. A buddy of mine works at a machine shop and he is going to cut out the clamps for my front end.

Well I decided to change the front forks from 2 in pipe to 1.5 in pipe. I think this will look better with the bicycle wheel. And I am gonna try to get a wider tire to go with the bike wheel too. I still don't know if I like it or not.

What do you guys think??? Should I go with with my original small fat front wheel, or the bike wheel?

the bike wheel looks a lot better.
but i would try to use a rim that has a 14mm axle bc its stonger than the 3/8s one.

Well sorry for the period of no progress, but I got the clamps back from my buddy that works at the machine shop. They turned out amazing to say the least. And the front end should be finished up this week. I like this setup a lot. I'll post up some pics tomorrow of the front end on the bike.

And figured I would post up a pic of me working on a piece. Thought it was a cool pic with the sparks.

Well I had to dig up this old thread and actually finish it. LOL I have long finished the chopper, and actual took it to 2 car shows. That's me in the black FOX shirt. Everybody seems to like it. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Here is a picture from the first show I put it in. This is with the suicide rear brake, polished gas tank, and heat wrap on exhaust. The other pics are before when I first finished painting it.

Muffler tube? It's anodized steel exhaust pipe. It's strong, I have a way of bending it, and it looks good. How is it lame? What was I supposed to use to meet the homemade chopper guidelines?

Mild steel buddy, do you ever hear about it?

it is a awesome build, dont get me wrong, is that just aluminized muffler tube, just dont cut it buddy, i dont mean to disrespect you at all, as it is a nice build, but lame about the material used for a frame, no matter if is home made or professional made you may spend the same if not less buying 1 1/4 .83 ERW tubing than aluminized muffler tubing, just my 2 cents my friend, by the way your machine would bend it as well!
