buy a GTR and slightly mod it and it will poo poo on this thing. TOYOTA is asking too much. They're not losing money on each sale, it's all a marketing ploy. No doubt the cars bad ass, but it's NOT worth 400k, not even close. You pay so much for ferrari's/lambo's for their presence/quality/craftmanship/history/NAME.
Okay I LOVE this car but I agree...$400,000 is far too much. It's the same problem that the Mercedes McLaren SLR and the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione have.
I just want to know what makes the Lexus so expensive besides its limited production. Why limit its production too? Are they that expensive to build?
They lose money on everyone they will sell.

I'm glad this car is finally in the production phase though.
