Its in a magazine yes, but the picture is like a 2x2 pic with a little paragraph of whats to come and where you are located. Yes they are knockoffs, I bought the rays valve stems, and the stickers, and had "made in japan" engraved in the back and "Rays Engineering."and center caps are on back order
