A boosted 1.6 isn't that slow when built right. I guess it depends what it's used for though. My NA 1.6 with intake, header, exhaust, AFM delete, stand alone, and gutting would walk my friends GSR with bolt ons.
A bolt on GSR that runs right, will run mid 14's easy... hard to believe. lol
