    They are supposed to be pretty similar. I think the LS2 has more compression and of course the blocks are different. Your buddy's first gen looks sick! I noticed he kept the drive by wire throttle body. I'm sure he's got a whole mess of time tied up in that. How much spray was he running then (and times) and how much boost is he running now (and times)?
    on a 125 shot, i believe he ran an 11.6

    on boost he ran an 11.2 but had to get out of it . he is on 7lbs for now.

    and yes, LOTS of time tied up in that thing. sucker is a beast tho. transmission came out of an s10 and holds up just fine lol

    Alrighty then! Those are some pretty good numbers out of a stock motor. Got me pretty excited (though I do outweigh him by at least 600lbs).

    i can find out exactly whats done to for you if you want. i know its got a cam, 4.10s, blower. basic boltons lol.
