Vote on the S&M's Midnigh Cruise Shots

These were some of the photos I took while out on the Speed & Mischief's Midnight Cruise.

Please let me know what your favorite 3 shots are.
I want to know so I can get a feel for what kind of shots people would want me to take
next time there is a meet like this.

If you went on the cruise and I didn't take a shot of your car, it's not cause I didn't like it,
but it's cause I was busy taking pictures of other cars or of cars that people asked me to
take pictures of for them. I have some pictures of these same cars at different angles, but
these are the ones I like.

Hope you enjoy, and I will try to do better next time.

Wicked Front shot is the best, than sunies wrx sideways, than the bmw side ways. You kinda got my 3 favorite almost right after each other.

to me, pictures are only as good as their background. sure you can take a great pic of a car, but if the background sucks, it kills the shot.

I completely agree, but it wasn't a photo shoot, so i did my best with what I had.

They are all really good, but if I had to choose 3....I guess it'd be the white BMW by itself, the white STI by itself, and the cars in front of the Super Valu store.

1) Hatchi with the Camera on top -Its the lighting/composition. you made a so so car look GREAT!

2)Supervalu shot - I like the variety, and the idea of multiple cars.

3)First shot of the black porsche with the girls- I Love the angle.

I tried to base these on your photos, not the subject matter. Hope this helps.

btw, i also think some cars kill the shots. if their paint isn't up to par, the digital clarity will show it and thus makes the pic lose some appeal.

They should be at least using very expensive equipment for that price though,
because that counts for half of good photos, the other half is skill.

Like dan said, the background just kills the shot, kinda hard to say. To me is the Zen Evo, bad ass car, flat black that kinda works with the dark shot and background. Other than that...some people really need to learn to take care of there cars. Some of those shots show pics of cars that dont look like they have ever been detailed before!

Great shots Gabe all are 2 thumbs up good shots. There's also a poll on the www.speedandmischief.com on wallpaper size, then we'll be pickign pix for wallpaper. This will def narrow down the choices.

yeah, I saw that poll.

hope some of my shots make it as wall papers, I know the wide angle ones look really good, so there is some competition there.

I'll get a lens like that too, soon i hope.
