Default My new whip, Pcar 911

    996 Porsche Carrera 4S
....its a non-turbo, but it almost looks like one

Just picked her up yesturday, simple and clean, very well taken care of. Did a small shoot after the Carrollton meet. Professional pictures should be up by Monday. I took these on my own. I'm an amateur noob.

Porsches 911 don't have to be Turbo to look or be great.

My favorite 911s were NA from the factory. Its really a matter of finding the right 911 for you since there are close to 100 different ways to configure one.

    Enjoy the machine.

Congrats! Car looks great and very clean.

I wish you the best and hope you don't have any problems with it. I've seen so many 996's blow motors, but it's mainly been C2's.

Nice pick-up, love those cars. But after driving and riding in various 997.1 and 997.2's, the interiors of the 996s are just gross lol. Though for the price, those cars are fantastic, and still reliable as all hell.

^I used to despise the interior myself, but after driving it you can't deny the overall finish and quality.

LOVE the last pic of the Stuttgart badge. Verreh nice Porsche.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

Oh yea, I've got no grips with the finish or quality, my beef is with the design.

Actually a 993 turbo.... that would have been my ideal choice! The body lines on it are absolutely stunning.

Proves you know nothing about Porsche..

Even though I love my 996 and the 996 in general, the 996 is by far the lowest breed (at least in regards to looks) of the 911..

I completely agree. I thought it was alright at first but once the 997s and 987s came out...my opinion went straight to what you said.

    1) I do not know a lot about porsche. But I've seen all the generations of 911's and I like 996's the best. When I see a car I might not know all about it or the company but I can determine whether or not I like it. And the 996 is the best looking porsche to come out...obvously when I type things here they are my opinions, and I would love to hear how my subjective opinion on a cars looks can be wrong.

Was it an S? Why did you hate it? I detail a couples Boxsters frequently and truly love the cars. They are like a Miata, but EVERY single thing you wished was different in a Miata, changed into an overall better package.

The boxster may be an awesome car (never driven one) but the douchebags that drive em ruin it
