    Default Batlground: EVO X

    Just got this car off the dyno. Customer's EVO X, AMS FMIC and Piping, CAT Back exhaust, AMS Intake. Everything else is Stock. Dan picked up 97 Whp and 125 Wtq!!!! I was very surprised this car is that much more superior (in a mod vs. mod comparison) than the Evo 8-9. Custom Batlground Flash used for the tune.

    This car almost convinced me to buy one. These numbers for this amount of mods is absolutely absurd! For the price there is not a better use of money towards this car.

    Brandon didnt tell us the whole story. He said it was pretty much stock, but it has TE-37's and a tein sticker, thats where about 50 of that WHP came from! Very Very impressive.

    Im sure the first graph is a baseline on a semi stock car. Then the guy added a IC, Intake, Exhaust and BG tuned it with higher boost.

    125whp is no joke.

    Even if they added 10psi, it doesnt matter, the car made 350/360 with ALMOST NO MODS. I mean even if this is 20-22psi or something, its still very impressive because the EVO 8/9s dont respond so easily at least from what i remember.

    Mann, those are monstrous results for the minimal mods that car has! Of course with a tune the boost will be upgraded along with the proper fuel and boost controller. But it's up to the owner if he'd want to but usually the tuner will up the boost as safely as possible. They won't ask you if you want to keep or increase your boost; my tuner didn't ask me, he just did it as safely for the mods I had. But man, those numbers.....especially the torque increase! I underestimated those X's!

    I don't think they ask, but the customer is usually standing right there. Most people read magazines and their friends know better than the tuner

    Actually the base line was made with the mods on the car. As far as I can see/find the stock boost on these cars is said to be 19ish, but I have also seen reports as high as 24! That is a whole lot of boost for 93. As far as what it was running when it made 351...trade secret. It was on straight 93 thats all I'm saying. Can't tell yall everything!

    We would like to have him back to do some more to the car. We are pretty confident that we can get 400 out of the stock turbo.

    I'm guessing 27-29 psi is what it took to make that much..
