    Default Godfather Customs Car Show - - - 1990 - - I was there

    I went to the Godfather's Truck Show back in 1990 and took these pics. I just found them a ew weeks ago and decided to scan them up. This was part of the show scene 2 decades ago, lolol. back then, Godfather's was a huge show in the Atlanta area. Mostly for truckers, though.

    So funny to see that people had style that was so different, but so much the same. Body mods have evolved, but we still just try to make something look totally different.

    QD these are great. Godfather Custom shows in Mama's parking lot FTMFW!! Thank you for posting these. Brought back memories. I'm a few years behind you but this style was still popular when I started modding trucks.

    I remember seeing some of those trucks at stereo shows we competed at.

    I think the black mini truck was a hi-fi buys truck. I can remember seeing at the hi-fi buys in roswell.

    Cool pics. I remember going to these shows in the middle 90's. The "scene" was so much better back then when everyone got along and were just into cars and trucks because they wanted to, not to be "clean" or "sick" or whatever.

    I like this pic because he has crazy offset wheels with "stretched" tires. Where are all the people that think this is just so "Sick". Your Honda with 9" wide rims with 205 tires was done 20yrs ago. WHO's COPING WHO?

    I definitely went to that show, but didn't save photos from it. I remember a couple of those trucks. We had a CVCC there back then, but it was all bass, not too good looking.
