    lol, Not so lucky bro, i got a 10k budget to rebuild it and parts are expensive as hell........
    I LIVE MY LIFE A LICENSE SUSPENSION AT A TIME AND FOR THOSE SIX MONTHS OR MORE, I STILL DRIVE.

    Depends on what you do with the money. My dad has less than $10k in his '57 Bel-Air coupe (including the car circa 1972) and is in the 11s.

    Also, a shoe-box Chevy doesn't qualify as a muscle car. It would qualify as a hot rod with the right upgrades.
