And....if it is a true 93 Si then it was an ex that was marketed in Canada and refered to as an Si. The true canadian Si was a Sir that came with the dohc ...........CANADA????!!!!!!!! yeah, nothing says JDM hotness like a canadian built car:lmfao: :lmfao: :lmfao:
Sickest SI on IA reps to you Sir
lol
You suck, your car sucks, the pics suck,a friend of mine had a coupe from Canada it said Si and it sucked.
Your is a old ass civic ex. (slow, ugly, and a waste of hard drive space on your computer!
Hype it all you want. It is still garbage!
Oh and what does it have over a ex? Nothing
And you couldn't beat a 10 second camero in a 8th mile!
^^^
i do think that some models came with rear disk brakes and abs system

my 95 coupe was listed as an si, which is why i started looking into it...ive seen the car in traffic, it doesnt look that bad, though i am getting a kick out of these guys with hondas that look like every other honda saying his honda looks like every other honda....calling the kettle black :blah:

iirc there were some ex/lx sedans though that had rear brakes and abs, though i dont recall if they were japanland cars or here in the states
no trust me this was no conversionQuote:

its like a model that just had rear disk and abs on top of what a regular ex had.
So this thread has turned into a competition of who has more knowledge about honda civics being si's and/ or having rear disk brakes..lol
did he buy it new?

If all goes well, I might just throw the stock belt back in the drivers side and get the tires mounted Friday morning, and then drive it back up to Nissan for the alignment. I'm busting my ass to try and be there on Saturday. Worst case scenario, I'll show up w/ Jonny in the S10, haha. What time frame are we looking at, anyways?

Aight.
I'm probably gonna be pulling a late night Thursday to make sure everything is ready, because after I get the car back on the ground, I'm sure there's gonna be things that are out of order. Hell, if I can get it aligned in time and I feel comfortable with how it's doing, I MIGHT even head out to SDR. That's probably pushing my luck, though.
BTW, that camera pic does the wheel no justice. That bitch is BLANGIN, haha.
can't wait to see 'em....shits gonna be awesome on that car
Sick pics, the 3rd is amazing.
my brother has a 95 civic and the title says si on it and it has rear disc brakesQuote:

this thread is cool
I will say that I had a 95 Civic EX FOUR DOOR that had factory rear disc and ABS, but I'm not 100% sure if the coupes were offered with it or not. I believe it was an option for the EX model. But the fact remains that the Si was a canadian model, or a USDM hatchback. there was NOT a USDM Si coupe until 99.
