"I was traveling approx 55-60mph and there was a huge pothole in the road. About as deep as 3/4 of a wheel. I dodged that but apparently, there was a truck with a trailer that had hit the pothole before me and both the doors came off the back of the trailer due to the impact and were laying in the road. They were the same dark charcoal color as the road and on top of that it was raining and I was trying to avoid the huge pothole. When my car went over the doors, the hinge of the door was sticking up and tore through my drivers side wheel, made contact with the rim, and broke it in half; then it did the same thing to my drivers side rear wheel. I was in a T-bone accident once where both cars were totaled, and the impact and shudder in the car felt nearly the equivalent of that. I knew without getting out of the car the wheels were lost, but I was terrified that other parts of the car took the hit too. Fortunately, nothing else was harmed, but still... while this was a freaking ridiculous set of events, be careful out there"
