If it was a true manual then he can't drive, if it was the paddle shifted version is an automatic. I was instructing in a V8 Vantage and Supercar Sensations last weekend and I was impressed with it. I could turn fairly close times between it and the Gallardo. I was still faster in the E92 M3 though. The Aston was one of the best sounding cars for stock, it was between that and the C63 AMG for best stock exhaust note. On that course I was turning faster times in the Aston than many were in the GTR. The paddle shifting did have a delay, even worse than the Lambo's, but when it did shift if shifted HARD and with the traction control off would spin a fair bit going into second. It was a boat but it was very nimble and balanced, tail would slide in a smooth elegant fashion, I guess their slogan does have some meaning.Originally Posted by Ed
