    thats one of the man reasons i went to import showdown this past sunday was to get some panning practice since i havent done any since santa run. i had planned to shoot at 125-ish shutter speed, and looking at the EXIF on these and seeing they were all at 1/125 makes me smile. i just hope i can hold that big lens steady enough.

    The big dogs are panning in the 1/40-80th range on the track. I tend to stick with 1/125th as well though!

    Its a crapshoot sometimes but unless you're Michael J Fox, you could technically pull some shots at 1/40 or 1/20 on pure luck.
