no, the mount used replaces the wind screen and bolts to the glovebox lid.

ah, gotcha. I was talking about a car window mount...

But it might put the camera too high to see past the rear view mirror.

Its funny they didn't put a real camera on that because there is no way in hell I would trust that mount.
